two moments

We bought a tour from another agent, but from arrival to departure and at the hotel, we were accompanied by representatives of this company. Everything is fine, the guys are generally great, but two points spoiled the overall picture a little.

A trip to Pomukal, bought from a hotel guide (red pants - twice ku :))). Of course, he told us to take water with you, but of course, a trip for the whole day, the heat. But! They bring us on the way back for lunch, everyone ran out of water, and they put us before the fact, please eat as much as you like, but pay for water !!! And this tour is all inclusive!!! People were deliberately forced in the most disgusting way to pay a dollar for half a liter of water, or suffer from thirst for who knows how much. It's not about the dollar, I understand the resort prices, but it's so disgusting to create a situation that's overkill.

Moment two. We are already used to the fact that in different ways they try to lure you into different stores and sell something, you can understand this. But when, already on the way back to the airport, it is not clear why, a stop for 15 minutes (although the journey is only 1 hour!) Of course, a stop near the next shops, of course, everyone is already tired and no one gets off the bus, it’s hot outside. And what would you think? The driver, seeing this, after 5 minutes turned off the engine, i.e. turned off the air conditioner! And a full bus of people with children began to slowly bake, I had to get out, find a guide (we sat in the shade and had a snack) and, with raised tones, forced to turn on the air conditioner.
