When returning from Bodrum, the departure was instead of 19:45 at 4 am. We were picked up from the hotel at 1:30. Those. they stole almost a day at sea and ruined the night for 6 people, including a child and 3 pensioners. In Turkey, the guide was rude, in Kyiv, to a written request, there was no response; when trying to talk on the phone, the call center operator accepted the complaint, but for a month no one contacted.
