Never do it through them! Bought a ticket to Turkey by early booking, family, to a good hotel, chose the service and food because the children are small! First they changed the departure city, then the time a hundred times, that is, we had to fly from Zaporozhye, transferred to Kyiv, despite the fact that we were from the Dnieper, we were counting on a free transfer, but even then we got stuck, but okay, we finally flew out, and here on the bus on the way to the hotel we are told that this happens with them that they are accommodated in another hotel! it was horror, no one wanted to hear us? they settled in worse in terms of service, food, etc., they said that they wouldn’t take you there if they didn’t pay for it !!! in the end, no one brought us to our paid hotel, they followed some kind of belch and that’s it !! !! completely spoiled vacation! we were stupidly thrown for money !!
