Bad, terrible tour operator!!!

Just yesterday arrived from vacation 03/23/2014. Rested in Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, Grand Plaza Resort allegedly 5 *.

We were 8 people, most of them flew to Egypt for the first time and expected a good rest. At the airport, we were met by a representative of Join Up, everything seems to be fine, upon arrival at the hotel they began to settle us, thank God that there were free rooms, although far from the sea.

Trouble began after the arrival of the guide from Join Up, Ali (FlashTour). He began to give us excursions, but we, like newcomers in Egypt, wanted to see something new, diving and quad bikes in the desert, and a sightseeing tour of the city. Ali said diving for 25 minutes, but they actually swam for 12 minutes, quad bikes for 2 hours, but for real they rode for 1 hour, they said to contact Ali for all our claims at the place, and this Ali Baba says write a claim on a piece of paper and that’s it, it feels like he’s stupid I don’t care about tourists, but after it turned out that this is such a feature of the tour operator. We did not achieve justice, we only returned our money for a sightseeing tour, which we were no longer interested in, because they would have been deceived even there.

- Tour operator - without responsible money extortionists, it's better not to travel with them if you don't want to spoil your vacation.

- Grand Plaza Hotel - no more than 3 stars, boorish staff, no food at all!!!!
