Worst tour operator I have ever had a holiday with!!

I have never left reviews about the tour operator, but I will leave about Join Up. We flew to Turkey, Antalya

And so, first, join up sends tourists through the Bukovina Travel company, if you open reviews about this carrier, your hair will become sticky. Departure back, again Bukovina travel, again THE SAME PLANE ON WHICH WE ARRIED (BECAUSE THE FLIGHT IS TO ORDER)

All the same, in fairness, they arrived and departed on time, but those emotions.

NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT WHY I DECIDED TO LEAVE A REVIEW.

During our trip, force majeure happened, it happens. The child who stayed at home fell ill.

I’m calling the join up hotline, so that they would take return tickets for earlier and we could fly, they tell me that they will contact me, and KNOW WHAT? I HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED AT ALL, IT'S ALREADY 7 DAYS.

In short. Guys, join up is the lousiest tour operator I've come across, for no reason and ever.
