They were supposed to rest in Sharm from 5.03 to 12.03, but left only on 6.03. And if in more detail: we booked a tour for 2 weeks for 7 days in Sharm el-Sheikh through a travel agency, which in turn offered a trip through the tour operator Join up. They were supposed to take off at 4 o'clock in the morning (respectively, at 2 they were already at the airport) and then it started to postpone the flight for an hour, two, three, four hours. After the 7th hour of waiting, the nerves were already at the limit (for reference, they flew via Yanair). As a result, at 8 am, the passengers raised the entire airport to their feet, but at that time there were no representatives of either the car company or the tour operator on site. At about 9 am, after long scandals, they brought people a bottle of water and a sandwich. At about 10 am, the representative of the airline nevertheless appeared and explained that the plane was broken, they could not start it, and there were no reserve planes either. At 11, they still rented a plane from another airline and, with grief, they put the passengers on the plane in half, the only BUT there was not enough space for two people, or rather me and my boyfriend. And now imagine 10 hours of torment and they tell you there is no place. After that, I just lost my nerves. A man approached us, who, as it turned out, was a representative of the join up company, and said the main thing was not to worry. It turns out that they knew perfectly well that there would not be enough space for 2 people, but the company did not bother to do something, hoping, as I understand it, it would blow through at random. This guy says registration starts in an hour. The flight is in charm and if someone doesn’t come on the plane (maybe you’re lucky), then I’ll put you on it, well, just be patient for a couple more hours. We sat and waited and at the same time I called my travel agent, who already put join up on her ears with the questions of what the fuck, actually 2 people weren’t sent on vacation. We waited another 2 hours and, as you understand, this man said, well, sorry, all the passengers came. Then decide for yourself. In the end, travel agent Victoria said that she was waiting for a response to an official letter to join up, in which an answer was supposed to be received about what we should do, it was already 2 or 3 hours in the afternoon (that is, we were waiting for more than 12 hours at the airport what awaits us) . Especially slowly, this mega-tour operator replied that there was an offer to fly 6. 03 but not for 7 nights, but for 8 (no surcharges), so to speak, as a moral compensation for the inconvenience. But you know, after everything experienced that day, there was no longer any desire to fly anywhere, and their compensation would not be enough to restore all the spent nerves. I don’t know if someone has read it to the end, if yes, then don’t waste your nerves on this tour operator!
