We chose a hotel, the travel agent managed to persuade us to the 2nd coastline, although we wanted the 1st, more places were sold to our hotel than there are actually in the hotel, while the travel agent said nonsense like "the hotel is not rubber", we, by the way, found out that there were no rooms in the hotel - 4 days before departure, and the tour was fully paid for 3 weeks before departure (at least this is honesty), we were offered hotels worse according to our criteria (out of civilization, although for them 5 * in civilization and 5 * far from civilization does not matter, but for us it was the main criterion - to leave the hotel in the evening). We had to defend our interests, this is a long story, in general, we received the documents for our chosen hotel (in which there are no places) 11 hours before departure, we went satisfied to get ready (it takes us a long time to get to Kyiv), we left and before the border a call from a travel agent "you are going to another hotel - look at the photo, if you are not satisfied - come back and we will refund your money (the cost of the hotel has increased by $ 650, and there is no longer a choice of hotels this season), the sounded hotel was "out of civilization", completely, even there are no hotels nearby . .. In general, we decided to fly, and upon arrival home, we already figure it out (in another version, it would be problematic to prove something). We flew in and again, our already tour operator Join up reports that we are going to another hotel. And again, nervous expectation in complete obscurity (and you can’t even look at the photo, and the location too). . . To our surprise and happiness, and probably to the great disappointment of the travel agent (it would be cheaper for us to return and return our money to us than to pay extra for us), a super great hotel was waiting for us - fully meeting our expectations (only a beach of pebbles, not sand) . The vacation went super well, but the troubles from join up are not over yet. . . As is customary with all tour operators, on the eve of departure home, tourists are waiting under the door for a note indicating the time of transfer and departure, and so we did not wait for this note. In the morning I had to be seriously nervous again in search of a representative of our tour operator, who never appeared at our hotel at all (the hotel with join up does not cooperate willingly), and the hotel staff does not have such information. .. So we found it - the time of departure and transfer was changed to us, which they did not even consider it necessary to warn about! In general, it took a lot of nerves, the tour operator's vacation was seriously spoiled, it is unlikely that they can be restored in 7 days. I understand that the tour operator does not want to miss out on their income, but not in the same way !!!! if you suddenly defend your interests, and everything will definitely work out, we wish you not to get into such situations and have a pleasant stay !!!
