We rested at the Makadi Spa Hotel from September 12 to 22, they robbed on the first day right before meeting with the guide in hot pursuit, the guide did NOT help, was even dissatisfied .... until he sold the excursions ... promised to sort it out .... they demanded to call the police .... did nothing .... we never saw him again ..... called and asked to forgive the thief .... we forgave .... no thanks ... The transver was late for the airport by 1, 5 hours .... before boarding the bus at 18.30, they brought us some dirty towels and forced us to pay ... although we vacated the room at 11 hours !!! There were no complaints .... The guide's name is Nasser! And this is at 5 ** ***! We are already over 60 people, we have been in Egypt 9 times .... but we have not experienced such humiliation anywhere else!
