We went to Spain ... At first, when we arrived in Barcelona, we were not on the list and simply did not know where to take us from the airport (by the way, not only us, but 7 more people) ... Then, on the way from the airport, the guide announced to people that they would be taken to a completely different hotel , and not the one that was paid for and indicated in the voucher .. As a result, instead of PAID 3 * 4 * ... They brought it to 2 * 1964 (the furniture is old, the repair is also ... just awful), without the slightest conditions (people paid extra for a safe, air conditioning, refrigerator of course, this was not all) THIS IS ALL IN THE MID OF THE NIGHT, everyone is in shock ... In the morning there were a lot of nerves and clarifications ... because according to the contract they must provide conditions better or similar to those chosen, NOT WORSE !!! But They don’t give a damn about the contract and tourists!
The manager of the hotel said that this is always the case with this operator ... THEY KILL tourists ... They bring them to a hotel in the middle of the night, which does not correspond at all to the chosen one ... and the hotel already has problems how to accommodate everyone .. With us, the guys slept for 3 hours in the lobby, on sofas ...
