The services received do not correspond to those listed in the contract for the purchase of the tour.
The flight was rescheduled for departure 5 (!) times, and for the fifth time no one informed us about it, we found out for ourselves, we will call the jointups on the hotline, since the flight disappeared from the airport display. In response, they did not receive any explanations and apologies, but only "deal with those from whom they bought the tour."
Instead of 9 days and 8 nights of rest, we got 8 days and 7 nights due to the transfer of flights.
Return flight: we were picked up from the hotel half a day earlier, arguing that the flight was postponed to an earlier time. Upon arrival at the airport, all the employees of the jointup disappeared, the flight is again not on the scoreboard. After long calls and clarifications, it turned out that the flight was again postponed several times, and as a result it was postponed. We spent 7 hours on the floor in the waiting room, after that we sat in a closed plane without air conditioning for another hour and a half, since the engines were not allowed to start and take off. People lost consciousness from stuffiness. Until the last moment (when the crew commander announced during takeoff), we did not know where we would land - in Boryspil or Zhuliany.
JoinUp did not compensate for any moral and material losses. They just freaked out. I suggest that you boycott this company and do not use their services under any circumstances.
Joinup owners, if you can't handle the influx of tourists, stop selling. People are not cattle, and besides, we pay you money. I hope your firm goes bankrupt after such a failure.
