We chose this tour operator (JoinUp), because only through them it was possible to buy a tour to the hotel we chose. Bought in advance so that you can choose the time of departure, while not all charters are filled. The flight from Turkey was chosen with a departure at 20:15, rejoicing that we would have almost half a day at the hotel, with breakfast, morning swimming, we would slowly pack up and leave the hotel after lunch. . . Aha right now! Our flight was rescheduled for 5:25 am! We were picked up from the hotel at one in the morning, i.e. we didn’t even spend the last night at the hotel, spent the whole night on the road, arrived broken, and were forced to rest after the rest (((Yes, I know that charter flights can be transferred. Yes ", I calmly and sympathetically relate to the transfer of the flight by 2-3 hours. But in our case, the transfer was 15 (fifteen!) Hours earlier! They stole a night, half a day from us, and we we bought one thing, in the end we got something completely different - we were simply confronted with a fact! We might have refused a trip with such an inconvenient departure. I see this as a scam, which, unfortunately, is difficult to fight, because. in the contract, they provide for the right to postpone the departure of charters.
