Flights are constantly rescheduled - the customer cannot but influence the performer. Hotels are offered worse in quality, but at the same price as before. Now a new fashion - documents are issued at the last moment. Is it on the last day, 20 hours before departure, do you have to go to pick up a ticket and a voucher at the agency? Is it a service? 10 days they were spinning money, and now there is such a "hello"
Everything, as for me - the operator is completely rotten, I will not go with him again.
