The most inexpensive travel agency in Ukraine, a claim against their counterparties in Egypt

I have been using Join Up services for a long time and regularly. Everything always went well with them. But their contractors (Sun Travel, in my opinion) made a fool of themselves, for which they will now receive a pendel from me :)

Bottom line: For the whole week of rest at the hotel, the local guide never bothered to tell us about the date and time of the return transfer to the airport. 00 am on July 24, 2021. No paperwork at the reception desk, no SMS, messages in Viber, etc. I had to negotiate with hotel taxis. 2 hours before departure).

Well, as they say, they went to bed with that, setting the alarm clock at 1-30.

However, at 00-30 the bell rang and the phone in an offended voice with a typical accent said that, they say, the Sun Travel bus was already standing near the reception, and where are you (that is, my family)? I told him where we are. And he also told where he was. The phone was offended :) But he was afraid of responsibility and waited for us for 15 minutes. And waited. Let's go :) And what a super transfer it was, I'll tell you! usually! Flew to the airport in 7 minutes. Oh how!

In general: the guys from Join Up: put things in order with your Egyptian friends. It's very unpleasant when a common cause suffers because of one negligent idiot.
