In Lviv, the tour agency bought a full trip to Egypt (Desert Rouse 5 *, all inclusive for 10 nights).

In Egypt, divorce and rudeness at every turn, on arrival do not give the visa to issue and heat at least $ 2.

But the horrors began at the Hotel on the second day in the morning from 8-50 where the guides locked in a separate room and began to intimidate how dangerous everything is and without them no step around the hotel or beyond. Do not communicate with anyone without them. They started chasing such nonsense that the hotel charges $ 30 for a lost towel, $ 50 for a demagnetized key, $ 100 for losing a safe key, and $ 100 for breaking a closet door.

That is, everything was done to intimidate at once and it was pointed out that you can not quarrel with them and spoil relations, and it is different to take groups of people on a tour and throw in the island or the sea.

Well, this nonsense was designed for beginners, but even though it was already in Egypt, they emphasized, everything has changed and therefore there are NEW RULES - REGISTRATION.

Therefore, those who do not buy a VIP tour from them (80-300 dollars per person) - the voucher is not taken and not registered.

Of course, the prices for tours are twice as high as others, but if someone does not have the funds, then as they said for the homeless at $ 20 / person, whether you want to go or not, but the money to pay.

Everyone was clearly instructed to fill in the registration forms and indicate in them the choice of the tour, no thoughts, or later.

Everyone who does not take tours with the company does not cooperate and does not receive insurance or other services from the company.

And all this was done in the direction of managers Walid, Mohammed and Victoria.

When I handed them my voucher, the registration card without a tour - Muhammad, saying to rewrite and indicate the tour.

We refused. Of the 22 people who arrived from Lviv on January 23, 2017, 10 of them refused to take excursions, we were told that you think you have an hour before 11-30. So we were scheduled for a second meeting in the hotel lobby.

I came with a voucher and a registration form without the mentioned tours, I turned to Valid, and the rude one, who had not heard that it was instructed to take the tours, I asked why he did not take the voucher and did not register us. Walid demanded that his wife come.

I feed for what? There are signatures, there are passports. He left our passports and told us to think and come together at 18!

Serhiy was with me, who provided vouchers and registration letters without a tour for 8 more people. Valdid's answer is the same - think and come to 18 years old.

Until then you are not registered !!!!!

But we did not wait to take all 10 people who were already sunbathing on the beach and came at 12 years old. to register.

Muhammad and Walid refused us, I turned on the camera and filmed everything.

And after making noise in the lobby, they gave us our passports and took vouchers. In their favor received threats that are reasonable, then wait, we'll do it for you.

Outraged, we met the hotel manager Alla on the territory of the hotel, who listened to us and was generally dumbfounded by what she heard.

She immediately reassured us, explained that we are safe and she decides in the hotel, not the managers of Join Up !!!

About this rudeness and intimidation, Alla provided information to the CEO, who met with us with his deputy and listened to us, calling the "manager of Muhammad" Join Up giving him good. The general manager of the hotel apologized, saying that Valida had been fired and that Muhammad had been given a final warning.

Another day I immediately provided information to my terrorist operator in Lviv, and Serhiy to his in Kyiv about rudeness, intimidation, extortion and threats from Join Up managers.

In other words, there should have been a reaction from the Join Up management, but neither did Timur (head of the Join Up office in Hurghada, a representative of the Ukrainian side) call me, promising to come, but arrived only on the third day of our stay.

The day of rest is interrupted again, again explanations, video evidence and that these three persons are engaged in fraud, intimidation and extortion of funds from Ukrainian citizens, what do you think he, as the leader reacted.
