Terrible organization

The first time I decided to fly to rest through Kyiv, before that they flew from Moscow, well, in Belarus from Minsk and Mogilev. Therefore, what we encountered was a complete shock.

For the first time I see a tour operator that changes not only the departure time, but also the flight number and even the airport.

We traveled as a family with a two year old child. We initially chose a tour with a departure from Kyiv at 9.00. So everything suited us, the transfer was supposed to pick up in the evening, departure in the morning, arrival in the afternoon just for settling. But it wasn't there... Three days before the departure, when we went to pick up the documents, we found out that the departure had been rescheduled for 16.00. Our travel agent said that the flight had already changed 100 times ... Okay, the transfer called, said what time it was picking up, and then, a few hours before leaving Mogilev, my husband decided to call the travel agent, just in case ... And what do you I think our flight was postponed again, as a result, they took it at all at night. We arrived in Turkey at about 17:00, while the suitcases were taken away, we arrived at the hotel, everything, dinner and sleep ... The day was lost ...

The return flight is even more interesting. First we were told that the departure was at 19.00. Well, super, we thought we’d still swim before lunch, eat ... Late in the evening, a new infa came that the flight was at 9.00 and they were picked up from the hotel at 6.30, we were flying to Boryspil. Again, the SMS transfer flew, that when ... But the most interesting thing was when we got on the plane, it turned out that it was flying not to Boryspil, but to Zhuliany ... Everyone was just in shock !!! On the fly, they already sent SMS to pick us up.

And of course it's a pity that out of 7 nights of rest, two days are simply lost, departure and arrival ...
