Good afternoon. Bought a tour from 19 to 26 April in Hurghada. Departure there from 2.00 am was postponed to 2.10 pm, check-in at the hotel at 20.00 pm. The flight back was rescheduled from 7 am to 4.05 am, we left the hotel at 00.30 am. A full day of rest was stolen!!! There are no explanations and compensation and there will not be, alas ...
