There is something to compare, therefore - criticism. We were met at the airport, put into an air-conditioned bus, and taken to our hotels. Buses do not have Wi-Fi. The guide in Sharm, at the hotel, offered excursions, but did not even warn that not everyone can ride camels, quad bikes and scuba dive (!!!!). The tour costs 75 bucks per person just to hang out not on the beach. . . On the yacht, attention was paid only to those who dived, the rest - do not care. Last year we went from Teztour, I only told the instructor that I couldn’t swim, so he: 1st - checked the vest, 2 - didn’t leave me in the water, 3 - helped me get down and up to the deck. There was no one here. . . . do whatever you want. And I wasn't the only one there. The guide said that there will be lunch on the yacht - seafood "whatever you want and how much you want." Yes they were. 3 shrimps, 3 pieces of fish in batter (1 of them is just batter). The next excursion is in Soho. All is well, walking, taking pictures. We were warned that at 22.45 you have to be in the parking lot, as there will be no more buses at 23.00. We, a small group, were brought there by a small bus, but not just us!!!! at 22. 45, there were about 150 people in the parking lot, the guide from the bus step tried to shout about who and where to go, ignored people's questions, and then yelled at the woman who made claims about organizing the trip. I haven't seen this yet. And further. Be prepared for the fact that everyone wants to earn. All free trips are their %s of your purchases. All "special offers only today" - too. Therefore, one guide will tell you about black cumin, another about a bag of teas, the third about the urgency of a trip to a fur exhibition. . . And yet, in the printout that you will be given, the time of the end of the tour is indicated, and not the return to the hotel. Therefore, the tour ends at 16.30, and you are at the hotel at 20.00. Yes, they were Egyptian guides. But they are the face of the travel company. And the brand must be kept. I don't want to work with this travel agency anymore.
