Terrible tour operator!

We were advised because of the price, they didn’t know about it at all before, and oh, how in vain !!! Five times!!! and 3 hours before departure they changed the flight number !!! we arrived at the airport, but our plane was not there! Then he also accused us that it was the two of us who misunderstood him)))) They also transferred the plane back to us 3 times, and KURBAN did not bother to warn us (here thanks to the girl tour agent from our city, who was constantly in touch) , and when the transfer arrived, the guide who was supposed to accompany us said that he had a lot to do today and didn’t go with us)))) Oh, and yes, the plane was also delayed at the airport itself for 1.5 hours! In general, not a company, but some kind of horns and hooves) HORRIBLE tour operator!
