The same situation happened to us as with many tourists who were going to relax at the Desert Rose Hotel, but were forcibly settled by the Join Up Tour Operator (the host is Flash Tour, Labyrinth, this is the same thing) at the Titanic Palace Hotel.
Representatives of the Tour Operator explained that there were allegedly no empty rooms at the Desert Rose Hotel, although this is complete nonsense. Firstly, the Desert Rose hotel denied these rumors and reported that they had rooms available, but the Tour Operator did not pay for them. Secondly, I paid for the ticket a month before departure and I have a booking sheet with confirmation from the Tour Operator, so the Tour Operator had to book and pay (!) Accommodation a month before departure (!!!!). In fact, this is a planned action of the Tour Operator, who simply did not transfer money for accommodation to the Desert Rose Hotel, but settled tourists in a cheaper one, thereby making money on it. There were 13 other people with us alone, who were treated the same way.
