Before prepayment everything was great, they found a tour for me for only 822 euros for 10 nights. After the prepayment, it turned out at first that 139 euros were still needed for the transfer, then this number was not available at all, there was another one for already 950 euros and also without a transfer. And then OOOOp, and it turns out we are flying back not from the local airport, but from the capital and there with the most modest taxi deals of 120 euros (by this moment, of course, the transfer in Join up was not 139 euros, but 250!).

Upon arrival, we found a bus and got to the place for 6 euros for two.) Checked into the hotel. By the way, our hotel with taxes cost 17 euros per day (I wanted to cry), and the flight was another 160 for two, in total we were robbed of 600 euros, approximately. Our Elena (+38050-475-25-79 works in the Kyiv department, Kudryasheva st. 5) never tried to contact us and ask if we found the hotel and if we even got there, and why?!)

The most remarkable thing was when we were going back. No one warned us, did not call and did not notify anything about the flight and departure. We had to take a taxi to the capital at 2 am on a ticket. We decided to check the online flight after 00.00 (when we updated the scoreboard at the airport) and here it turns out that our flight is not available!!!! That's not at all. I started calling our Elena on Viber, and then it turns out that both the flight and the airport were changed for us. We found out an hour before it was necessary to get into a taxi !!!! We paid a fine to the taxi driver. Elena answered all my questions and objections, that how could she guess that we don’t know about the flight change?!!!) Then there was a flight delay and instead of 14:50 we flew at 20:50, marinated at a small airport with huge suitcases , for this special "thank you" - "Brawo Airline".

And upon arrival, as always, no one is to blame, and as a result, we are idiots who, instead of resting, only spoiled our mood and spent a lot of nerves.

Bravo said that we didn’t buy tickets and we shouldn’t write a complaint about the delay so that Join up would do it, but Elena said that it was useless and she wouldn’t do it.
