HORROR!!!!

I want to say about JoinUP as a tour operator!

1. Arrived in Egypt upon arrival, representatives of this company took + $ 2 to the cost of a visa "for registration".

2. We met with the guide at the hotel on the second day of arrival, they didn’t buy anything from the tours, he was gone. So no one else saw him. And not only him, but at least someone from this company.

3. On the last evening before leaving the floor of the hotel, the tourists who came from this tour operator were looking for a guide to find out when the departure was and when they would pick us up in the morning. Of course, no one found him .... LETTERS!!!! we were brought only late in the evening about the departure. We, as indicated, left the rooms at 4:05 in the morning to leave for the airport at 5:05. When the clock showed 6:30, they finally deigned to come for us. This is given that the plane was leaving at 8:50. We were lucky that the hotel was not far from the airport. They also took us away only after everyone started calling the main office and cursing.

4. It was not our guide who came to pick us up, but it is not at all clear who. This one is not clear who said something that we were not taken away, this is not his problem.

5. And of course, the sale of a 7-day tour, but in fact received 6 days of rest, it is not entirely correct to sell at the price of 7.

Anyone who somehow wants to protect this "sharashkin office", please protect. I am writing this review for people who are thinking of going to Egypt with their help or not. MY CATEGORICAL NO!!!!!! It is better to pay more but you will be calm for your vacation.
