In February 2018, I booked the Montebelo 4 * hotel in Oludeniz for 13 days. Through the tour operator, Joy Up requested the entire amount at once. From 09/26/2018 I had to fly on vacation. But today, 09/24/2018, the operator refused me a hotel, 2 days before departure, the tour was taken away from me and the money was returned. I booked a $1,200 early booking hotel that now costs $1,600. Join Up scammed me. I stayed at home on vacation. The operator used my money for 9 months and gave it back to me 2 days before departure .. And my tour resold for $ 400 more to other people. I was left without rest. I hope God will punish you. Join Up are scammers.
