flight to Turkey in May 2018 - flight delayed - 1.5 days of rest stolen, air Bravo (separate nightmare)
December 2018 made a mistake in EGYPT flew with this tour company(
Previously, I had NEVER been to Egypt, I warned the manager, clarified that I was flying with my mother and a small child and that warmth and always good food are important for us!
the manager ASSURED that there were no flight delays for a YEAR - then she told me that the tour operator had the RIGHT TO AGREE to delay the flight for 12 hours WITHOUT compensation!
1) rescheduling the flight for 12 hours. elderly mother, me and a two-year-old were SLEEPING IN the airport! the flight was postponed for 6 hours, then EVERY HOUR was postponed! Can you imagine a woman without hygiene products for 12 hours? all stocks of diapers and pads have run out and there is NO PHARMACY in the transit area, luggage has been checked in and there is NO access to it!
2) Idiot sold us COLD AND WINDY Hurghada! the child has bronchitis, we wanted to warm up! at the SAME time my sister was in Sharm - it was windless and comfortable, the manager from another tour company that I contacted earlier said that we didn’t watch Hurghada because of the weather there and the strong cold wind ... this manager THOUGHT with her head what to recommend, but ours is NOT
3) Knowing our desire to return to NG, if there were places for flights, SHE recommended us a tour to Hurghada - we PAID for three people (child 2) for 6 days, and "rested" 4! This could have been avoided by offering a tour to Sharm, with different departure hours!
4) THE HOTEL was HIGHLY recommended - horror, 5 * and the food is like in a canteen
we did not go hungry, there were pastries and you could buy something from fruits in the market. menu: 4 brown substances in cauldrons; something like rice or potatoes, vermicelli (not to be confused with pasta), chicken 2 times, "fruits" - apples sliced and floating in water and ALL 4 days absolutely green, not ripe melon. This is all! Fresh juices for $ 4 - offered in the same place in the dining room, juices - powdered - the child's allergy appeared on the 2nd day! coffee - instant (even my mother could not drink this slop, she cannot live without coffee). Alcohol is just disgusting.
Of the 4 pools and children with slides WORKED 1! it was the very first and heated, the rest did NOT WORK and were not heated! I couldn't even get my feet wet, I was cramping from the cold! THANK YOU for this awesome recommendation!
Towels on cards, BUT I wash the floor with such rags at home ... there were also new towels - but for some reason they were given out only to local tourists
5) ALL INCLUSIVE! - why was it necessary to pay for THREE TOURS to Ai - IF we have a 2-year-old child with us! ?? Did you take advantage of my lack of understanding of AI principles? Who did not understand, then in fact my daughter could drink local alcohol as much as she wanted! we paid for it! I realized this only on the spot, all hotel guests have green AI bracelets, and the children have orange ones, BUT WE HAVE THREE green ones! Thanks f***!
6) the flight back was postponed for 3 hours, and then for another 6 hours!
Our transfer was late, they didn't greet us at the airport and didn't say that they changed NOT only the departure time, but the FLIGHT in general! We ourselves ran and searched in broken English and eventually found another flight, ANOTHER AIRLINE with a different ticket number!
STILL we were given a backpack for buying this tour - I was carrying a camera, a charger and a child’s birth certificate in it ... one strap came off halfway even when checking into the hotel ... It was sewn crookedly, the handles were skewed, this fully reflects the operator offered by this miserable tour service!
* Air carrier Bravo Airways THIS IS YOUR responsibility After all, it was YOU who concluded an agreement with him for the carriage of passengers! DO NOT first sell vouchers, and then say that all the delays are theirs and only their fault!
* The tour must be selected thinking with your head, and not zh ** d. If tourists are flying for the first time, then explain the difference between the resorts!
* I pay money and want to hear truthful and objective recommendations on choosing a hotel! DO NOT KNOW - DO NOT ADVISE, and even more so DO NOT recommend so hard!
