It just so happened that we flew with this tour operator. For the selected dates, there was only an offer from them and a charter to Montenegro. In a word, it's tin. It all started with a flight to Tivat airport. Or rather, even before the flight) We were given tickets indicating the time 8-10 from Zhulyan. The night before, there was no such flight on the website of the Zhuliany airport. We called the agency, since the manager was conscientious. Everything was cleared up and called back. There are no complaints about them. All perfectly. But. . . As it turned out, the flight was moved to Boryspil at 15-30. Just super Day already lost. But that's not all. We took off from Boryspil at 17-30. Of course, they understood that this was a charter. But not the same!!! But not for the same 9 hours flight delay. The flight back was no better. The scheduled departure time was 10:30. Attention: we were picked up from the villa at 5-00 in the morning. Why and why you ask??? 30 minutes maximum drive to the airport. The guide referred to the fact that they say the airport is overloaded, you need to check in before 7-30. We arrived and checked in before 6 am. And here's a surprise for you: the flight is delayed. How much no one knows. We, as experienced tourists, of course, did not go through passport control.. And 80% of the people passed. And they made a huge mistake. Tivat Airport is a small room in principle. Check-in counters immediately at the entrance and pass. control 5 meters from the entrance. Cafe one. This is where we were waiting for our flight. But not everything is so simple. Even those tourists who guessed not to go through control could sit in a cafe, having just ordered something. I agree with the policy of the cafe administration. . But where to go if there is no place, no benches, no waiting room as such. +33 outside. Where will you go? So I want to ask the carrier and tour operator why so mock their own fellow citizens? They are well aware of the conditions at the airport. Well, we had money and we were able to take turns taking coffee and water for ourselves, so that we would not be kicked out of the cafe. But for a minute, a cup of coffee is 3.5 euros, and we were waiting from 6-30 to 11-00. How many cups did you have to drink and who compensates for these costs ??? And the flight, as it turned out, was delayed due to his waiting from Kyiv !!! That is, the plane flew in, the tourists got out and after half an hour we were announced about landing. So tell me, why was it necessary to bring 170 people at 6 in the morning, knowing that the departure would not be earlier than 11 ???? And the conditions in the landing zone are terrible.. This is a small room, without air conditioning and a few seats, in which people, including children, sat on the floor for 5 hours!!! God forbid, once again contact the tour operator Join UP and the airline YanAir.
