I want to warn all vacationers - NEVER use the services of the JoinUp tour operator and BRAVO AIRWAYS. Not only did we not fly to Egypt from Krivoy Rog on vacation: 11. 01. 2019 , the plane landed in Boryspil, we were taken by buses to Borispol airport for 12 hours without water and food, naturally we took off at 3 am, half a day was stolen from rest, it was painful to go, and there were a lot of people who chose to fly from Krivoy Rog with small children, so history repeated itself, our plane after the rest was also landed in Boryspil: 18. 01. 2019 , they gave me a sandwich, 0.5 liters of water and at 15-40 they sent me home by bus. Allegedly then the snow, and today the fog prevented the plane from landing in Krivoy Rog, but it was possible to land the plane in the city, territorially closer to Krivoy Rog?! People got up at 4-00 to get registered in Egypt, and again the day was lost. If we wanted to fly from Kyiv, we would choose these tours (they are cheaper). The stewardess, I definitely recognize the last name, was rude when they flew back: she said which one. . er you are outraged. The representative of the tour operator does not solve anything, he said in material terms, and for a minute, the bus brought us to the square at night. Liberation, and then a taxi for 200-350 UAH. One of the buses had an accident when approaching the city. In general, I do not recommend anyone to use the services of these two worthless companies. How vacationers can achieve at least some compensation in this situation is not entirely clear, since they said write to the hotline, and we will consider it.
