Join Up - road to hell

For a long time I was going to take my family to the islands, and finally it happened. That's what I thought. In my 42 years, I have never seen a more DIFFERENT attitude towards tourists than with the Join Up company. Moreover, my family and I have already visited about 10-12 countries. But fortunately with the aforementioned company never crossed paths. It all started in Odessa, instead of taking off at 4.50 in the morning from Odessa, it was proposed to fly tomorrow at 9.20 from Kyiv. But no, as it turned out, not at 9.20 but at 17.50, and we, like Bobby, drove around the airport with children for 10 hours. Not a single person from this tour operator even called and asked how we were. I'm just silent about an elementary understanding of the situation (to bring cold water, provide a minimum service for the children, etc., etc.).

But it didn’t end there, after arriving and meeting in Larnaca, having brought us to the hotel instead of a 2-room suite overlooking the pool, we were settled in a 1-room suite overlooking the CONSTRUCTION!!!

After 2 days of debate with the hotel management, we were moved. But as it turned out, THESE CREATURES (Join Up) did not even deign to inform the hotel about our simple wishes (2-room suite overlooking the pool), stupidly unsubscribed to the hotel "settle in any free room."
