After a not entirely successful experience, they corrected their opinion about themselves

I am writing a review not about a specific review, but about the JoinUp travel agency as a whole, as an organizer. For the first time when we traveled with them, we were not entirely satisfied, because the plane was old and in a terrible state. You are flying for the first time, and then there is such a plane ...)) There were also questions to the insurance company, with which the company cooperates, they deceived us. I don’t know if it’s possible to write this down as a minus for a travel agency, but the impression of the trip has deteriorated.

This year when we went, there was nothing to complain about.

1. Free transfer Dnipro-Zaporozhye.

2. The carrier is excellent - SkyUp, the flight was not delayed either there or back.

3. Comfortable transfer in Turkey.

I really liked the guide who picked us up when checking out from the hotel, very attentive and tactful.

I can also attribute to the minuses the fact that on the first trip on the way back they were brought to some sweet shop, where the prices are three times expensive. I don’t really want to spend my leisure time on this imposed store, it’s better to spend it in a hotel or say goodbye to the sea. On the second trip, this was most likely due to the fact that they flew away at night))

In general, I can recommend JoinUp, they have whitened their reputation in front of us.
