First and last time!!!

Having bought a ticket, we did not even pay attention to the tour operator, and only when we heard in the news about a flight delay of 2 days, we began to "pray to God" that this was not a join up. But alas (((we flew from Borispol with an airline that I had never even heard of, the plane was old and small. In general, we flew and even without problems. Transfer to the hotel is a standard procedure. The meeting with the guide was at 9:30 (it’s good that not at 8, like in other hotels!) The guide does not give paper to fill out until you listen to a lecture at 1.5 - 2 hours, about excursions that some people don’t even need (we came to rest, why not sit), sensible I during this time I didn’t hear anything.During the whole stay, we were very lucky that we didn’t have to contact him once, he is very arrogant and rude.Departure day: departure time was changed from 8:10 to 11:50, but this fact on the contrary, I was pleased (it was time to sleep), the transfer from the hotel was scheduled for 8:05. And then the pun began: it turned out that the bus would arrive at 9:05 and we were flying with another airline and in general we did not arrive in Boryspil, but in Zhuliany !!! It's just pipets! The same thing that we bought a tour to Sharm and they brought us to Hurghada, because they didn’t have a plane to Boryspil. The person who pays the money should not think about the problems of the travel agency! As a result, the payment for a taxi of 300 UAH and 1.5 hours of join up is unlikely to compensate us. We concluded for ourselves that it is better to overpay a little, and be calm that there will be no such problems, I will tell all my friends about this. It was the first and last time!
