Provide false information and take money for excursions that are not collected

It so happened that I bought a tour to Spain not from the Join up travel agency itself. This tour was sold to me by the tour operator Selena Tour, but later it turned out that the tour provides Join up, so I am writing a review about them. I was offered a choice of 2 options for excursions: one full (with a tour of the "Spanish Village") and one truncated (without the "Spanish Village" and several others). I chose the option with all excursions and paid for it at the Selena Tour office on April 5, 2017. (then I found out that this is a tour from Join up). I carefully studied the tour program, compared it with the time of departure / arrival in Spain and the time of the return flight from Spain to Kyiv, and I had questions. The tour "Spanish Village" (by the way, it included dinner) was the first in the program and was supposed to take place on the day of arrival, and after it, another light-sound performance of the Magic Fountain on the Plaza of Spain was planned. But, the fact is that my flight arrived in Barcelona at 21:30, and after passing through passport control, picking up luggage and checking into a hotel, it seemed obvious that there could no longer be any excursions that day. The second question was the day of departure. The following was written in the tour program: breakfast, transfer to the airport, END OF THE TOUR. But there was one “but” - I had a departure time of 23:00. That is, I would have to sit at the Barcelona airport all day long and wait for my plane. I voiced the above concerns to the representative of Selena Tur. She (in her words) contacted the representatives of Join up and, having clarified these points with them, gave me the answer “do not worry, the excursion program will be shifted and completed in full”. But, upon arrival in Barcelona, ​​a surprise awaited me. We were given other programs of the tour, in which it was written in black and white that the tour "Spanish Village" is guaranteed only for those who arrive before 17:00. That is, the wonderful Join up office, which at the time of my purchase of the tour knew that I could not get on this excursion, stupidly and cynically took money from me for it and is not going to compensate me with anything. It should be noted that I immediately informed Selena Tur about the situation and they even answered my letters for some time in the style of “we ourselves are in shock and are negotiating”. But the matter did not go further than these replies, the result is zero. Well, the last day was exactly the same as I expected: at 10:00 check-out from the hotel, at 13:10 transfer to the airport (departure, I remind you at 23:00). No one shifted the excursion program and did not bother with the fate of the lost excursions. On this occasion, I want to summarize that in the future I will bypass Join up by the tenth road and will try my best to notify everyone I know and whom I don’t know about this travel agency.
