Scammers

Bought a ticket to Join UP in Turkey a month and a half before departure. In 3 days I received a booking confirmation, and in 3 days a package of documents with a voucher. After arriving at the airport in Antalya, the guide said that I changed the hotel. Arriving at the hotel at night, I was not accommodated in any hotel, neither the one I booked nor the one I was exchanged for. The guide got on the bus and left. I spent the whole night with my suitcases in the lobby of the hotel, which was booking, finding out why I could not be accommodated on the voucher. At the reception the administrator replied that the wine tour operator, there was no reservation for my name, this tour operator works dishonestly sells much more tickets than made a "stop" on the rooms. Then he looks for the worst hotel and says that you have no choice, the contract states that the tour operator has the right to rebuke.

After I called the Join UP hotline all night (spent a lot of money on negotiations) in the morning, a guide came and said that he could not help anything, because today is a Sunday off, no one but him works. Then we went to the muddy hotel, which I changed, found out for a long time, at the end of the guy at the reception said that he was allowed to settle me, and he and the travel agency somehow agree on payment. It was just a horror, not a hotel, settled on the south side, air conditioning and shower breaks, moldy, greasy dining floor, a lot of people falling. Everything is like after the war, broken and broken. One good thing - they cleaned the room every day. The rest was completely ruined. I do not recommend Join Up, this was the first and last time I booked a tour at this fraudulent office.
