Designed tour Fortuna 5 *. We were put in a hotel, not 5 stars, not even 4. The hotel had no stars at all, and the service was appropriate. The sea near the hotel was dirty, the room was very cramped, there was no cleaning, the towel was issued with a fight on the 3rd day. To top it all off, we were poisoned by hotel food. And we are not alone, there were many such cases during our stay there. We tried to resolve this issue - we called the hotline (no one picked up the phone), contacted the main office in Kyiv - no results. It was not the mistake of the travel agency - they intentionally merge everyone into this hotel, and who paid for Fotuna 4, and who paid like us for 5. We talked with other tourists - this is true. If you want to ruin your vacation, throw away money and get scammed - you are here. Otherwise, bypass this travel agency on the tenth road.
