We ordered a tour to Egypt (04.06.18-13.06.18), tour operator JoinUp. There were difficulties with tickets, until the very last moment they were not on hand. On 04.06, the flight from Kiev at 01-00 did not take place, the departure time was postponed several times (according to other people, the wait at the airport reached a day), as a result, it took place at 21-15, we arrived at Sharm el-Sheikh Airport an hour before the start next days. As a result, one day of rest was lost. For a departure on June 13 in the evening, the travel agency paid extra, but in fact it took place on June 13 at 05-00 (as a result, again one day of rest minus). There was no compensation, just empty promises. Do not use JoinUp services if you do not want your vacation to be overshadowed.
