We have known the tour operator since last year, we used to go on vacation to Greece, the trip was good) This year we visited Egypt, the Desert Rose Resort hotel. I will say that it was one of the best hotels where we rested) The manager of the travel agency in the office on Borispolskaya metro station helped us with his choice. We considered many options, but in terms of cost / quality ratio, we were recommended the best hotel.
There were no difficulties in organizing the trip itself. The flight was delayed a little due to technical problems, but this often happened to us ) On arrival, they took us to the hotel, provided a beautiful and comfortable room, renovated, with a balcony and air conditioning ) The hotel itself is cool, it has everything you need and even more ) Spa, water park , entertainment, bars, gym. The beach is very close. In such conditions, of course, you forget about work and troubles and just enjoy it)
In general, we are satisfied with the tour operator, there were no problems, there were a lot of positive emotions.
