Terrible company: on June 10 they ordered a vacation in Montenegro, Budva, on July 17. We made a 100% payment, received hotel confirmation from them, they said they would give the tickets a few days before departure. A week before departure (July 10), they called us and said that there were no rooms in our hotel (overbooking, resale ...) and they could offer us 2 villas. These options were so terrible (in some village, one next to the bus station, the other on the highway. There are 2 shabby beds in the room and that's it), we naturally refused. They canceled our order, while saying that so be it, they would not charge us a cancellation fee. They said they would give the money back in 2 weeks, although it was agreed during the cancellation that they would return it within 1-2 days ... It turns out that they pocketed our money and are in no hurry to give it back. Let's sue these thieves.
