Unforgettable journey!

Bought a ticket in the city of Kherson. We were advised to choose this tour operator and this hotel (The byke resort.) It was like this. My mother and my younger brother (10 years old) arrived in Sharzha (UAE). It is not clear by what miracle we found our significant flight to GOA! Upon arrival, our "high-ranking" guide from Concord Exotic Travel did not appear and did not deign to meet frightened and tired tourists. When leaving the airport, we were met by an incomprehensible girl who said that we would live in another hotel since there were no places in The Byke and our reservation was not confirmed. And then our journey began.

First of all, we went to a strange place where there were houses for local residents and some kind of motel, then this girl said that she was mistaken, this is not the hotel we should be relocated to. Then we came to Jasmine. It was in this "hotel" that we had to pack our things and ourselves. After many screams and trials, we were finally taken to our destination at 6 am. The Byke met us "hospitably" not only did they not want to accommodate us, they also did not explain the exact reason. We overslept at the reception until 2 pm. All this time they contacted Ukraine, tried to contact the guide, but it didn’t really help.

Suddenly, a "wonderful" woman entered the hotel - this is our guide, who did not want to meet us and the woman was all that was happening at that time. With grief in half, after 3 days, our newly formed company of 7 people settled in their rooms. At the end of the holiday, we again staged a scene before the eviction, it's good that a friend appeared who helped with all this. Thank you for the partially spoiled vacation! Even these problems did not let us turn sour and we had a great rest on our own. And a separate hello to you from my younger brother!
