I would not recommend this tour operator.

We rested in Montenegro, in Budva, at Villa Simon from 11. 08 to 22. 08. 2016. The tour was bought from JoinUp, but the host was Pilon Travel. The fun began at the airport, when people did not have enough seats on the bus for the transfer they paid for, as a result of which other passengers were forced to put their children in their arms. Specifically, in our villa, the representative of Pilon, who was supposed to supervise us, was Galina. The man didn't even bother to warn us in time that the flight was rescheduled for 8 AND A HALF HOURS!!! and this despite the fact that the night before we talked with her. Upon arrival at the airport, it turned out that everyone else knew about it 3 days in advance from other tour operators. As a result, those for whom Galina was responsible, like idiots, stood at the bus stop at 7 in the morning, not even suspecting that the flight had been postponed. When we called her and asked her to explain the situation to us, she blamed everything on us, saying that you are inattentive, etc. Many people missed the trains in Ukraine and lost money, I personally, about 800 UAH, although Galina should notify us in advance, electronic tickets could be easily returned. In general, I advise you to avoid the tour operator Pilon Travel, and especially Galina, if possible. Impressions of the holiday were spoiled, although the country is wonderful.
