Irresponsible organization

For the first time in a very solid travel experience, I flew on a package tour to Sharm (03/03/2018) and got into an unpleasant situation with a flight delay of 20 hours, scandals, screams and getting into the news feed. The fault naturally lies not with "Come with us", but with bad weather, poor Bravo airways and #JoinUp, which push bullshit. It’s worth noting right away, I understand that you can’t count on super conditions at low tour prices, given that these tours manage to earn money from “Come with us” and JoinUp and Bravo airways, and the body of the tour comes out almost free. And I have no complaints about the quality of service. The girls really tried to help and somehow smooth the situation. But... I am very upset by the fact that with the loss of a day at the airport and the already agreed compensation from JoinUp, we still have not received this very compensation, and after all, 3 months have passed, and most of the passengers who were with us already long time with their money. Time passes, the dollar exchange rate falls, the sediment remains, and in general, it seems to me that a company that trumpets its “impeccable reputation” everywhere could afford to pay us compensation from its own money, and resolve amicable issues with JoinUp without our participation. For those who will take tours, "Come with us" has a few tips: 1. Look at the airline and read reviews about it, if there are options and opportunities - choose more reliable carriers than Bravo; 2. Keep in mind that "Come with us" washes its hands of compensation and will feed you promises for an indefinite amount of time, telling you about the franchise, that they have no money and that they are waiting for a response from the tour operator. The latter is aggravated by the fact that you yourself cannot speed up anything, no one will tell you who to contact except for girls who know nothing and are not responsible for anything. Personally, I will never contact this agency again and will not give recommendations to anyone, because. I don't feel confident that I won't be swindled again.

The trip itself, except for this, was not bad, the registration process also went smoothly (thanks to Katerina from the office on Zhilyanskaya for this), but any other travel agent will provide you with a similar package and I think it is worth considering alternative options.

P.S. For those who are planning to fly with JoinUp, it is also worth noting that their guides in our case were very unpleasant and their only goal was to sell excursions at prices that even the most cunning Arabs did not offer. They ran after us in the dining room offering to buy a cruise for $90. When it came to real solutions to issues with the return flight (which we also feared due to experience and which was delayed but already for a couple of hours) - they were nervous, rude and refused to give intelligible information, forcing us to run from the beach to the reception to check the status of the departure. At the same time, we told them about the availability of a local starter package and that they could send us an SMS 10-15 minutes before departure so that we would not create additional panic at the entrance to the hotel.
