We purchased a package tour from the agency "Let's go with us" from the tour operator join up. 05/18/18, departure date 05/24/18, Our flight and departure time were changed 4 times (1) YE 5117--c. 13-30; (2)BAY Bravo 5078---at 08-30;(3)BAY 2171---08-30;(4)KUP 8020---at 19-50----all this is a departure from Zaporozhye, transfer from Mariupol, we are two adults and two children 6 and 8 years old. Thank God they left! In Antalya, we were met with signs join up and peninsula, indicated the number of the bus_transfer 11peninsula! The driver stood with a list of surnames and indicated the places (by the way, there was no guide !!!). Everything is fine, brought to the hotel, hotel (in Beldibi Larisa Garden 4 *) and the rest is super!
The way back ---- the flight was changed 2 times from 14-30h to 09-45h. From the hotel to the airport was brought on time, the flight was successful!
We arrive in Krivoy Rog at 12-20 we leave ~~140 people from the plane AND NO ONE WAITS FOR US!!!!!???????!!!!! There is no return transfer!!!!!!Three cities of Zaporozhye! Dnepropetrovsk! Mariupol!
We were 100% ripped off!!! Everyone started calling the transfer driver 095-675-32-91 he was out of range??? We got through and they started to help us only "Let's go with us"!
So in the heat with the Children who were hungry, heard the indignant adults, started to cry, we stayed for about 3 hours!!!
As it turned out, ____ join up mixed up the flights between Sharmel Sheikh and ours from Antalya, as a result, they decided to save on the Transfer by combining two flights! We were taken to Dnepropetrovsk and there we were waiting for a group of 9 people with the children! We had to wait 10 Ten Hours from the time of arrival!!!
What is an Attitude?????????
Arrived on May 30, 2018. at 12-20 in Krivoy Rog in Mariupol were 05/31/18. at 05:00 in the morning!!!!! 17 Hours instead of 7 Hours?????
Why promise a transfer that doesn't exist?
Join Up Never use!!!
They count money and spit on people!!!!
