Went with Join Up. In July 2016 to Cyprus. I can say with confidence “We went with this operator for the first and last time. I will not subscribe to this non-tour operator again. It all started with the fact that they choose some kind of muddy air carriers. As a result of three flight reschedules, we lost a day of (paid) vacation. Not to mention spending half a day at the airport (here thanks to the employees of Larnaca airport, they didn’t leave them in trouble and helped as best they could, but this is not the merit of the operator and the carrier, but the airport. in all countries, guides in hotels soar excursions (overpriced) they say “We have a guarantee that you will not be thrown ...” We booked an excursion, paid 130 euros and in the end no money - no excursion (Kidalovo) The hotel guide tried to fuss ... but he's just a hotel guide... And everyone doesn't put this operator in X. As a result, with the lost time and the excursion, we paid to nowhere - about 400 euros. PGT.
