I would like to share my impressions of the trip to Sri Lanka and, in particular, the work of the host country.

In my case it was Concord Exotic.

I bought the tour through the Arriva agency a month before the trip.

The flight, oddly enough, was relatively easy.

Arrived in Colombo around 3 am.

At the exit from the airport, we accidentally saw a woman with a leaf of exotic concord. It's good that we didn't pass by.

We waited about 40 minutes until all the passengers were found.

Then it turned out that one couple lost their suitcase, they waited another 50 minutes until they filed an application.

Total already about 5 am.

We all left on one huge bus, to the first hotel, according to the assurances of the guide, 1.5 - 2 hours.

We drove about 2.5.

It turned out that, unlike Turkey, the guide would go out and settle with everyone (later it turned out that it was by no means an extra measure).

We talked a little about the country.

Then the next hotel and another 10-15 minutes, and the next and another.

At the 5th hotel, already at about 8-30 in the morning, three people were dropped off and told that they would go further on their own in a separate car !!!

We arrived at our hotel around 9 am (4 hours by bus).

Suddenly it turns out that there are no available rooms in the hotel. And absolutely.

The guide suggests that we move somewhere because there will be no rooms for 2 days. And as compensation from the hotel offers a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. It is impossible to get through to Kyiv in Kyiv at 5 am (((

The guide leaves to settle the rest and draws back.

Hanging out in a hotel until 11 somewhere (3 couples due to bad luck) periodically called the manager Olga from the local Concord and complains that we do not want to go to meet them for a bottle of wine.

No one is considering our offer to accommodate us at this time in a hotel of the highest category (we have 4 rooms).

They offer to move to another hotel for 1 day.

We clarify, there are no actual places in it, they offer another hotel, there is no beach.

Moreover, in fact, we communicate with the reception in an active form, we, the guide and the local will perform the role of translators and are very offended when we make claims.

The local story is that we bought the cheapest of what is and, in general, what kind of claims can there be.

Now, if we were driving through Teztur, then there would be several buses to make it faster. Drives on the firm incredibly.

The local talked to the boss and promised that the mensta would be by 14 00. I got through to Kyiv, they also promised to resolve the issue ....

Haven't decided. At 1400 we went to another hotel because it was unbearable to sleep and take a shower. Vybioli themselves increase nutrition from HB to FB.

Thank God they settled in the evening, but in fact 1 day of rest was gone.

By the way, for information - if you fly fly Dubai and lose your luggage, which happens often, then you will need to go to Colombo yourself.

The hotel itself is normal, no complaints about it)))

Departure..

There is no information about when to go on the board like in Turkey or Egypt, and do not hope.

Guide Svetlana does not pick up the phone all day.

Reception really warned twice that you have to leave.

At 2145 (standard time) they went downstairs and waited.

Half an hour, an hour.

Sveta does not breeze the phone, the second one (which is local) too.

Reception phoned at our request neighboring hotels, it turned out that someone overslept.

In short, at 2315 (1.5 hours waiting at the reception) the bus arrived.
