No customer service!!!

Good afternoon, I read the reviews on the operator's website. And I want to share my story!

Especially the client-oriented operator. We booked a tour to Rixos Tekirova in Kemer back in March. Upon arrival at the airport, my mother and child were told that since there was a terrorist attack in Istanbul, people did not leave the hotel. And they offered them a 5-ku, but a very old one - Zigan's club. Then we went to Rixos with a fight. But, alas, there was no reserve for them, after sitting for 3 hours they were offered the New Riksas in Belek (it is positioned as an amusement park). I myself talked with the guides in Turkey by phone. It was Sunday, and it was not realistic to get through to the emergency service, and then I knew more information. The guide told me that there would be all inclusive in this hotel - the transfer was 1.30 minutes. But as it turned out, there were lies again, no one fed or settled, since the food at the hotel was breakfast and dinner. Further, with a fight, they offered a new hotel, Cornelia De Luxe, but again, having arrived at it, they did not settle it. Two hours passed - my child and mother were already panicking, finally they settled. As a result, no one ate from 7 am to 5.30 pm, I transferred money to them on the phone, and plus, you can add the state of my family to this.

The answer of the operator - partners do. But interesting things are ahead, I myself contacted Ricos and it turns out we have a reservation, but from 7 to 16.07 (the ticket was from 3 to 16.07) We transported them with a fight. The operator's answer is that it happens, there are resales. About compensation - yes, they also offered rafting or a boat ride ridiculously. Tomorrow they have a flight - but again it’s not a problem that it was moved from 9 pm to 6.50. So much for customer focus, good partners who are trying, but the result is obvious.
