We chose Join UP because of the best prices!
I really liked the work of the manager, the girl is very nice!
We flew as a family with a small child, we specially paid extra money for an evening flight at 18.00. We go from dinner to sleep in the room, watch the departures and see that the flight was postponed to 5.30 in the morning and the bus arrives for us at 1.30 at night. Our holiday was stolen!!! And we are not alone! There were many vacationers from whom you stole one or even two days of vacation !!! I understand flight delay or earlier plus or minus 4 hours! But not 13 hours!!!!!! Will never use this company again as they are scamming people! We were scammed for 900 UAH!
