The travel agency must organize vacations for tourists according to their requests. Offering terrible quality hotels just to sell a tour is not right. People have been waiting for a vacation for months to spend time with their families and children, getting into terrible hotels, they don’t rest, but direct all their efforts to solving issues of their relaxation and comfort. Although initially this should be done by a travel agency: check the quality of the hotel, food service, and so on. Rest is spoiled, the family is not happy with the rest, the vacation was spent very badly! Will not use this travel agency again!
