In general, the impression of the company is positive, everything is fast, timely and not bad, but ... I didn’t like the guide who met us from the plane - maybe, of course, he was “very glad to see us all” at one in the morning, but still, the initial “mood "The meaning of the vacation was something like this - you came, have a rest, but you are waiting for such and such problems, scandals, etc. Be prepared!" The representative of the operator at the hotel "ignored" us - I can't say that we were very upset, but a few days later, when I learned from other tourists that there should be a sightseeing tour of Sharm en Sheikh, I caught him and asked about it - answered that such an excursion is offered only on the first days of arrival. Well, nothing, they themselves went where they saw fit, but such an attitude left an unpleasant aftertaste. For comparison, on vacation in Hurghada, Tez Tour was taken on such an excursion twice. The first time we did not have time, nothing, the next couple of days we had a great look at the city... A trifle, but our whole life consists of trifles ...
