If you only hear the name of the company Join Up - immediately run away! Will offer discounts - do not believe it! We were supposed to fly on May 14 from Boryspil to Sharm El Sheikh at 13.00, flew out at almost 23.00. We were at the hotel at 5.00 in the morning. We were supposed to fly back on May 21 at 17.40, but the flight was rescheduled to an earlier time, at 4.00 in the morning, which we found out only at dinner on May 20, at 20.00. The night was turned into a nightmare, they called from the reception, brought it to an early time, then later, in the end, we left the hotel at 8.00 in the morning. But what we heard at the airport from other vacationers who used the services of Join Up is even worse. They were not warned about the departure at all, they just called the room at 6.00 in the morning and said: The bus is waiting for you!. People in a panic ran with things, with suitcases, forgot their documents, someone was already at sea at that time ... And only at the airport we found out that we were not flying to Boryspil, but to Zhuliany, for which the transfer driver charged everyone additional fee.
