We flew to Antalya from Zhulyan on 06/04/2017. I’ll clarify right away that we got to Kyiv from Zaporozhye. Initially, on the tour, the departure time was at 6:00 to Kyiv by train, we arrived at 23:50. The day before departure, we moved the departure time first to 15:00 then to 16:00!!!! Why didn't the airline notify you about this? They themselves saw it when they looked at the airport's online scoreboard and called the airline on their own. At the same time, the Join up tour operator notified the travel agency in which the tour was bought that the flight would still take place at 6:00, and the real time and new tickets with up-to-date information were provided much later and only after kipish. In Kyiv, I had to book a hotel, of course, no one reimbursed any expenses and did not offer food. The flight was carried out by a completely different airline - "BRAVO" The plane is old, small, the knees rest against the seat. On the tour, the flight back was supposed to take place on 06/11/2017 at 16:30, then the flight was postponed to 10:55 in the morning, the day before departure, the representative of the travel agency in which they took the tour reported that the flight was postponed to 23:45. Join UP was silent, but in the evening they deigned to warn. On 06/11/2017 at about 14:00 we were informed that the flight was postponed to 01:45 on 06/12/2017, closer to 20:00 the flight was rescheduled to 02:30 and then to 03:40 on 06/12/2017. I’ll run ahead and say that we really took off at 4:40 because the boarding for the flight began at 4 in the morning, that is, even here they could not invest in the schedule !!!! The hotel was extended at its own expense. Not a word from the airline!

These are the first people who evaporated, disappeared, turned off their phones, lay low even before the airport transfer arrived for us.
Stasik met us and took us to the hotels on the day of arrival, assured us that he would pick us up on the day of departure, but we never saw or heard from him again.
Ravil is a guide who was supposed to meet us upon arrival and register vouchers, but he was apparently busy with something more important and instead of him was Nastya (most likely an intern). On the day of departure, we didn’t want to make a fuss and paid extra for the rooms on our own to extend our stay until 18:00, but when the flight was postponed to 03 at night, we approached Ravil so that he would resolve the issue with our free accommodation and at least dinner at 19:30, he after talking in Turkish with the hotel administrator, he told us that he supposedly settled everything and we can stay in the room until 22, and at 22:40 a transfer will arrive for us. However, he lied to us! at 18:00, the cards from the rooms no longer worked, and the administrator explained in Russian that our guide had not told him anything like that !!!!! The administrator entered our position and we updated the keys and we had dinner and rest at the hotel for free until the transfer itself, for which thanks exclusively to the hotel staff.
When it was time for the transfer, no one was in a hurry to come for us, the bus arrived 30 minutes late, the guides left the messenger network and did not pick up the phone. When the bus arrived, everything became clear. The clock on the bus was exactly 30 minutes late! as a result, 25 people from our bus were the last to register.

These two companies, in fact, in collusion, indicate in vouchers false information about the time of departure and the airline that will actually operate the flight, and until you are on board the aircraft you will not really know who is responsible for this mess.
In reality, the return flight was again carried out by the Bravo company, and there was no apology for such a long delay. Anda air has only one DC-9-83 (MD-83) / 1993 release, they picked up flights through the roof, but they don’t have time to serve them and therefore connect Bravos, which are no better, their planes are the same 1986 -1993 years of release. Join up, in collusion with Anda, provide deliberately false information about departures, and then in the process they decide who will have time to pick up passengers, so someone is lucky and takes off on time, but for the most part everyone waits for hours to be picked up, while no one gets the right to compensation in case of delay because in order to obtain such a right under the rules for the carriage of passengers of chapter 1 of section XVI, the passenger must be present to check in for the flight at the set time, and join up simply does not pick up tourists whose flight was rescheduled from hotels and does not take them on expenses in the same way does not compensate for the lost days of rest. In general, this is our first and last vacation with Join up!!!!!
