We are very disappointed with the services of this travel agency !!! (((Not only did they change the departure time, instead of departing on December 2 at 21 00, they flew out at 6 am, they changed not only the departure time, depriving us of about 15 hours of vacation at sea, paid by the way. We changed the flight and the airline, which we refused in Kyiv and specifically chose another. Airline Bukovina bypass the tenth road!!! Upon arrival in Kyiv, it turned out that the luggage of almost 100 passengers, and maybe more, did not fit in the cargo compartment of the plane!?? What they brought instead of our luggage is a big question!!!In general, we had to go back to the airport a day after arrival and pick up our suitcases.
