Disappointed with flight

Very disappointed with vacation flights. On the way there, we made a flight 6 hours earlier, in connection with which, miraculously, we managed to pack up and get to the airport. The flight back was delayed by 4 hours. . . made double! Instead of the prescribed flight Antalya-Kyiv (Borispol Airport), we received two flights: Antalya - Kemer and Kemer-Kyiv (Zhulyany Airport), and, accordingly, instead of the prescribed 3 hours, we spent - 6. Also, I would like to separately note about the guides from the join: they are too young. Separately, I can note the guide "Alena", who accompanied us on an evening walk on a pirate yacht. The whole bus blushed for her, she said nothing but nonsense. And separately about the excursions bought from the join in the hotel: too many shopping trips "for their own" with the "lowest" prices on the way. As a result, a lot of time is wasted on these places, instead of visiting exactly what they paid money for. From the positive: bus drivers are 200% specialists, thanks for that. And also, many thanks for those join guides who are locals and tell real historical information along the way. I repeat, in general, the sediment from this tour operator is to put it mildly - not satisfactory and we will not contact him again.
