Terrible attitude towards tourists

Not rest, but simply spent nerves. We rested from 17. 04. 18 to 24. 04. 18 in Egypt with JoinUp, and I will not go anywhere else with this company. I have never met such a disregard for customers, maybe because I have not encountered this tour operator before. We were paid for 7 days, 7 nights, according to the initially selected departures, everything more or less worked out. But then the flight back was postponed, but not for an hour or two, as it happens, but for 10 hours to the detriment of our rest. And, most importantly, no one warned us about this! On the hotel information board the day before, a completely different flight was indicated for 19.00 pm (specially checked at 22.00 before going to bed), and we were suddenly awakened at five in the morning and confronted with the fact that our bus to the airport was already leaving. While we ran to the reception (five or six minutes), the bus left. The hotel guide did not explain anything, he said to take a taxi and go to the airport at his own expense. The hotel did not provide transportation either. I had to catch a taxi on the street at half past five in the morning, and it's not so easy even in Egypt. There was also no time to bargain, I had to pay $ 20 to the taxi driver. Barely made it to the landing. What is this attitude towards tourists? I won't be using this company again and will definitely file a formal complaint.
