Disgusting! The organization is terrible, but no one has heard of punctuality !!! Forgetting to pick up tourists is easy, raising your voice and getting nasty is no problem, being late for an hour or two is the norm. On excursions, the guides are not competent, they can be rude. They also make very good money on tourists (they bring them to stores where prices are 3-4 times higher than anywhere else) Before departure, everything was fine, but as soon as we arrived in Egypt, we were disappointed! We will no longer travel from Join up!. →

Good afternoon everyone, although this week is not very kind for me and my family (. I want to share an unpleasant story that I had with the JoinUp tour operator. From Friday last week, I began to select a tour for my family for the New Year holidays, to take the children during the holidays to the Carpathians. I picked up a tour for myself, gave a request to the agency, they determined all the conditions for me, and on Monday we already booked this tour and paid 50% of the cost. →

Bought in the network of agencies "Let's go with us" two package tours to Turkey Bodrum (Gumbet), our tour operator was Join UP. The funds were paid in full on 07/18/2017, the next day the agency informed us about the confirmation of the 4 * hotel in Gumbet near Bodrum. Departure was 25.09.2017. A few days before departure from the agency reported that the tour operator Join UP can not (or does not want) to accommodate us in a paid hotel, because there is supposedly over booking, and we do not even want to stay in the selected city Gumbet, and give only one an offer that has not been sold at Join UP as of September - a hotel located outside the village of Turgutreis and another 22 km. →

Who did not please - so this is the local host of Join Up - Sun International - they sold an excursion to the "Pirate Yacht" for 70E, and only a yacht. →

My husband decided that I didn’t get enough rest in Egypt and sent me and my sister to Bali :) She wanted to fly through Join UP, so they took a ticket from them. Our airline was Qatar Airways, they organized a very comfortable and convenient flight? the cabin is clean, the flight attendants will prompt and give everything, a pleasant start and end of the vacation. →

The claim does not concern the staff selling the tours, but the host party, which is a partner of Join Up. I will not crucify, but all the guides, without exception, are scammers and deceivers. About 70-90% of what they say about Egypt and their tours is a lie. In my case, instead of the provided bathyscaphe, we were taken for a ride in a boat with a transparent bottom. →

Join Up is one of the most affordable tour operators to visit. Turkey and Egypt. So we fell for such words and a couple of years ago I went with my wife to Turkey. Our trip began with the fact that, apparently, they simply forgot about us. The promised greeter with a sign was nowhere to be found, they waited for him for almost an hour and a half. Later, a few months later, when we tried to understand why it happened, we found a very interesting answer: "This simply cannot be"! Otherwise, everything was fine with us, but here there was no merit of Joyne Up, and even more so. →

Before prepayment everything was great, they found a tour for me for only 822 euros for 10 nights. After the prepayment, it turned out at first that 139 euros were still needed for the transfer, then this number was not available at all, there was another one for already 950 euros and also without a transfer. And then OOOOp, and it turns out we are flying back not from the local airport, but from the capital and there with the most modest taxi deals of 120 euros (by this moment, of course, the transfer in Join up was not 139 euros, but 250!). →
